I constructed this campaign to utilize automated workflows to send curated emails to families based on a selected persona. The persona was defined by the inquiry form submission on tenneyschool.com

Similar to the Tenney School nurturing campaign, our TSL site also had a custom workflow developed to handle curated emails to families based on their selected persona. The persona is defined by the inquiry form submission.

Our newsletter encompasses all 3 properties (tenney school, live, and tutors). The purpose of the newsletter is retargeting both current clients, teachers, and potential clients. I found that blogs and videos contributed to our high click rates.

The Tenney School is unique in that we allow rolling admission candidates to enroll mid year. This means our marketing is never stopping, as we’re always trying to enroll new students.

In comparison to our rolling admissions campaign, we also feature a next year applicant campaign with strict deadlines and conversions by a certain date. This campaign was less fluid and required conversions by certain dates.
