Our newsletter highlighted articles from our three websites: Tenneyschool.com, Tenneyschoollive.com, and Tenneytutors.com. It was aimed at a broad audience, including current clients, leads on our hot and cold lists, and those who had signed up for the newsletter. Throughout the 2024-2025 school year, we consistently exceeded our target metrics, achieving over a 25% open rate and a 3% click rate. In fact, every edition has been a huge success, far surpassing these goals.
The newsletter has proven to be a key driver of traffic to our newer sites, significantly aiding our SEO efforts. On a personal note, I found success by focusing on two main blog themes—one for middle school parents and one for high school parents—along with incorporating a video in each issue.
